Great leaders have a bias for action.

They recognise that in taking action there is opportunity for faster learning and deliberate movement towards a purposeful goal. Audacious actors don’t wait for the perfect solution, or to develop a foolproof plan, they dream and then do something about it. When there is a choice, choose action over inaction.
