This year-long program is designed for experienced school principals and heads of school. You must have a desire to lead with authenticity and the daring to reimagine schooling. You will be led via the Designed InGenuity framework which is proven to increase motivation, group accountability, and the collective efficacy of a team. You will work closely with a "pod" of up to seven colleagues.
